Women Leadership Scholarship

By inspiring and enabling women to pursue world class Corporate Leadership Program locally, we hope to empower female leaders to change the world.

Successful applicants for the Women Leadership scholarship will be awarded 100% tuition fee.

Leadership Scholarship for Non-Profit Sector.

The center awards a scholarship to encourage young journalists and/or non-corporate employees (NGOs, local government, civil society etc.) who demonstrate leadership potential to pursue world-class experience. It enables us to make a difference and contribute for a better tomorrow in our society.

Successful applicants for the Non-Profit Sector scholarship will be awarded 100% tuition fee.

          Hello, my name is Nino Chedia. I believe that each country needs to hold their talented young generation. My own purpose it to give access to youth for the best possible professional experience, locally. I believe that better tomorrow needs leaders, leaders who are also good managers!

          As an Associated Professor, I hold four degrees in different disciplines: Master’s degree from University of Oxford, Said Business School. Majoring in strategic management-organizational behavior and leadership.  MBA in finances and BBA degrees in marketing from Caucasus University (Georgia) as well as the BA in economic informatics from Georgian Technical University.  I studied management at one of the most prestigious business schools in Europe – IEDC Bled School of Management, Slovenia.  Currently I’m the president of the alumni club of this school in Georgia.

          More than 18 years I’m leading teams and different functions in financial institutions, Banking and Insurance. Since 2010 I’m engaged in high education roles, teaching different disciplines to young generation. Currently I’m academic board member of Business and Technology university in Georgia and co-supervisor of the management program.

          Nino is the member of the business alumni club of University of Oxford and member of the association of Oxford and Georgia.

          As an artist I fuse arts and business to open the insights of artists into creative processes to leaders of innovative companies. 

          Combination of unique leadership practices of the arts, science, and leadership helps companies unleash creativity, potential, teamwork, and culture. I offer a unique perspective on creative processes that are valuable for innovative companies, combining two different kinds of leading and innovating – artistic and business. 

          Having lectures in faculty in Slovenia and at the business school IEDC Bled Slovenia, collaborating at hackathons, I offer insights into leadership, psychological safety, culture, creative process and cooperation. Using artistic metaphors and workshops with artists helps leaders dig deeper into their interpersonal, communication, and creative skills and helps them understand team dynamics and inspire company culture that will lead their companies to be more modern, agile, and creative.

          I am particularly interested in change management, innovative ideas and project management. I have worked in Switzerland, Italy, United States, Laos and Syria and look forward to hopefully having the opportunity to work in more amazing places.

I hold three degrees, starting from BA in Information System in Management, which focused my brain on corporate processes and structure; MBA, which helped me to understand better the role of the management; Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership, which took my personal Leading capacity to a new leve. On top I hold Coaching Certification, which empowered me to share and pass all my practical and academical knowledge in an actionable form.

15 years I am leading teams and organizations, and my main personal challenge always was to navigate my people in a right direction. Focusing on the psychological aspects, I work via Leaders, internal communications channels, corporate culture. Instead of turning people into functions, my approach is to find the inner strength of each team member and unite it in one beautiful melody of the organization.
